This policy applies to any bookings made by individuals or organisations (you) for services and activities provided by Wellgate Community Farm (us/we).
If we cancel an event, activity or booking then a full refund will be given.
If you wish to cancel, we must receive the request 72 hours before the start of the booking/event.
Refunds can only be given via the same method as the original payment.
If an event is postponed then we will offer you an alternate date but you may request a refund if you wish.
