Trustee Becca is about to don her sneakers for her first 5k!
Because Wellgate is so important to me I decided it was time to really step outside my comfort zone and take on a proper challenge. So a few months ago I signed up to run a 5k. Prior to this July the only thing I‘d ever run was a bath!
On October 20th I’m aiming to run a 5k fun run in 40 minutes.
